Job summary

Myers-Holum is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to govern a portfolio that includes NetSuite, Shopify, NewStore, Zendesk, Avalara, VersaPay and their integrations. Based in Allen, TX, you will own platform roadmaps and drive business value across Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Retail, and eCommerce.

You will lead an IT platform team, coordinate vendors, ensure data quality, promote user adoption, and deliver scalable, well-governed processes that support growth and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS applications in a business environment.
• Demonstrated experience governing or managing a portfolio of business applications and the integrations that connect them.
• Strong understanding of core business processes across finance, procurement, inventory, order management, supply chain, and customer service.
• Experience managing software vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance and oversight across the enterprise applications portfolio.
• Establish and maintain standards for configuration, security, access, change management, and documentation.
• Own and maintain platform roadmaps and a prioritized backlog.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities that increase automation and efficiency.
• Coordinate integration efforts and data governance across platforms.
• Lead vendor and partner management, license, renewals, and SLAs.
• Manage team structure, recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Support user adoption and development of training materials.
