Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or maintaining business applications.
• Experience within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or related environments.
• 2+ years of people-management experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–8 developers and engineers.
• Establish strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap for enterprise applications.
• Oversee application design, configuration, development, maintenance, support, and delivery.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Technology teams to deliver business solutions.
• Manage team priorities, workflows, KPIs, budgets, headcount, project estimates, and leadership reporting.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
• Evaluate, select, procure, and implement enterprise applications and technology solutions.
• Manage software vendors, service providers, contracts, negotiations, support, and professional-services engagements.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Ensure application solutions align with business and customer requirements.
• Drive technology initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, customer experience, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 14001.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on application architecture and enterprise technology decisions.

• Establish the strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap for enterprise applications

Required Qualifications
