Job summary

Impinj, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager of Enterprise AI to lead how the company adopts and scales AI capabilities across IT and business units. You will own the AI product roadmap, partner with stakeholders, and drive value-driven decisions that align with strategic initiatives.

You will guide platform choices, negotiate contracts, and shape an organization-wide AI strategy while enabling responsible AI use and measurable ROI across Engineering, Sales, and Service.

Qualifications

• Own enterprise AI product roadmap, prioritizing high-value use cases based on ROI and impact.
• Partner with teams across the organization to uncover and validate AI opportunities and translate problems into actionable backlogs.
• Lead annual platform decisions for enterprise AI including evaluation, selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Shape the organization’s AI technology strategy and identify capabilities to advance business initiatives.
• Drive adoption and enablement of AI across a broad employee base with responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI product roadmap and prioritize use cases based on value and ROI.
• Collaborate with teams across IT, Engineering, Sales and Service to refine AI opportunities into a clear backlog.
• Lead platform decisions, renewals, evaluations, and vendor management for enterprise AI.
• Define the AI technology strategy and identify capabilities that align with business goals.
• Drive user adoption and enablement, ensuring responsible AI usage across the organization.
