Job summary

Harnham is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the development, launch, and growth of an AI-powered enterprise product suite. This role focuses on end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying customer problems to commercialization and ongoing optimization.

You will define the strategy, own the roadmap, and partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise B2B software environments.
• 2+ years owning and delivering customer-facing AI, machine learning, analytics, or data products in production.
• Demonstrated success owning product strategy, prioritization, roadmap development, and execution.
• Experience launching AI-powered products that achieved measurable customer adoption and business impact.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI concepts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and customer discovery skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap, vision, and execution strategy for AI-driven enterprise products.
• Develop and launch intelligent workflows leveraging modern AI technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, retrieval-augmented systems, and agentic experiences.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bring products from concept to production.
• Lead customer discovery efforts, validate market opportunities, and translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Establish product success metrics and use adoption, engagement, and business outcomes to guide roadmap decisions.
• Drive commercialization strategies, pricing approaches, go-to-market execution, and customer adoption initiatives.
• Evaluate AI reliability, governance, guardrails, and production readiness before deployment.
