EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an Applied AI Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and roadmaps for AI-powered products.

You will drive value by identifying high-impact AI opportunities and leading cross-functional teams through design, build, and launch with a focus on responsible AI practices. You will manage AI-enabled products across multiple domains, collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams, and influence stakeholders up to the VP level while balancing cost,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, successfully delivering end-to-end products and post-launch maintenance.
• At least one proven AI-powered product delivery or significant AI feature improvement (GenAI, ML, search, automation).
• Solid AI literacy regarding capabilities, limitations, failure modes, and AI economics.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap with a focus on AI value.
• Manage backlogs, release cycles, dependencies, and support models, balancing cost, latency, and quality for AI products.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams to define requirements, use cases, evaluation criteria, and guardrails.
• Influence stakeholders up to VP level and lead product launches across a product line.
• Lead a team of Product Owners/Managers to elevate AI capabilities and promote responsible AI practices.
