Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise initiatives with C-suite visibility. You will own end-to-end delivery plans, align outcomes to business OKRs, and mentor delivery teams while partnering with finance and sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery; SDLC/Change Management.
Healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise and C-suite visibility.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, product, and operations.
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones and dashboards.
Identify risks to value and quality and apply SDLC/PDLC controls.
Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders, including ROI and investment health.
