Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise programs. You will own end-to-end delivery, align outcomes to business OKRs, and coach delivery managers and teams to high performance.

You will communicate with senior leaders, maintain dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in agile processes, automation, and risk management. This role is remote from home with enterprise visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership and business sponsors.
Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies; adherence to SDLC and Change Management frameworks; familiarity with risk/security practices.

Responsibilities

Strategic Program Delivery: own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives with enterprise visibility and business OKRs; manage integrated delivery plans and milestones.
Executive Communication: prepare concise updates for senior leaders; maintain dashboards and ROI tracking with options and recommendations.
Delivery Excellence: implement agile process improvements; measure health and maturity; drive automation and better flow; mentor delivery managers and teams.
