Job summary

Pace is an AI-native business process outsourcer for insurers. We hire an Account Executive to scale the Pace platform by building relationships with top insurers and guiding stakeholders through complex sales cycles.

You will drive revenue growth, define ICPs, develop sales materials, and collaborate with engineering on demos, POCs, and post-deployment growth opportunities across enterprise accounts in New York.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to large insurers or enterprise clients.
• Track record closing complex deals.
• Ability to articulate ROI and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles and build a repeatable sales motion.
• Develop sales materials (pitch decks, demos, collateral) to close and scale.
• Collaborate with Deployed Engineering on demos, POCs, and smooth transition to long-term contracts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction post deployment and identify growth opportunities in existing customers.
