Pace is the AI operations partner for insurers, rolling out agents across our largest customers. You will own deployments, ensure measurable impact, and expand usage across workflows and business units.

In this role you’ll translate customer insights into product requirements, lead executive reviews, and partner with Product & Engineering to drive the roadmap. You’ll thrive with high autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualificações

• Autonomy with a strong bias to action and genuine curiosity for understanding customers.
• Experience operating at the intersection of customers, product, and GTM.
• Clear communication with executives, operators, and technical teams.
• Comfort turning messy, real-world workflows into clear, executable steps.
• High-ownership mindset — accountable for outcomes, not just deliverables.
• Bonus: Founder or startup experience.

Responsabilidades

• Translate customer operations into product direction: work closely with customers to discover pain points and success criteria, and translate insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Drive executive-level value narratives: lead demos, pilots, and business reviews that articulate ROI and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Product & Engineering: collaborate with Engineering and Product to drive roadmap and surface gaps and improvements.
