Pace, the AI operations partner for insurers, seeks a senior partnerships leader to own and scale our most strategic consulting and technology relationships. You will define how Pace works with partners and drive multi-year deployments—from initial conversations to enterprise-wide rollout.

You will design the partner operating model, ensure successful deployments, build enablement, and shape multi-year roadmaps in a high-ownership role that collaborates with executives across Pace and partner

Competenze

• Must have built and grown senior relationships in strategic partnerships or consulting.
• Ability to translate customer operating problems into joint growth plans.
• Experience with large consulting firms or systems integrators is a plus.
