Job summary

Pace is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager to embed deep P&C expertise within its largest client engagements. You will partner with client operations leaders, Pace’s Forward Deployed Engineers, and Human Quality Teams to translate operational objectives into scaled, production-grade agentic operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Strategic Client Outcomes for Agentic Operations and translate goals into scaled operating models measured by KPIs.
• Translate P&C domain expertise into agentic design and guide engineers and quality teams on workflows while managing regulatory risk.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery to move solutions from pilot to enterprise-scale with clear decision rights.
