Job summary

Databricks in Canada is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive for Financial Services. You will guide enterprise deals, articulate value of our data and AI platform, and drive consumption with customers and system integrators. You will manage cycles from discovery to close and partner with executives to align cloud strategies.

The role requires 7+ years of field sales, experience with big data, cloud or SaaS, and existing relationships with CIOs. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into enterprise accounts and CIO/exec stakeholders.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience with financial services is preferred.
• Experience in early-stage companies.
• Ability to articulate complex cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Meet with CIOs and IT executives to drive opportunities.
• Close new and existing accounts in enterprise segments.
• Identify quick wins while managing longer sales cycles.
• Maintain pipeline, activity, and forecast in Salesforce.
• Promote Databricks' data and AI platform to customers and partners.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and plan success with accounts.
