Job summary

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor for Strategic Enrollment Management to serve as the university’s chief enrollment strategist and lead the development of a comprehensive SEM framework.

Reporting directly to the Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the role coordinates enrollment planning across Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Financial Services, Institutional Research, Marketing and Communications, and other units.

Qualifications

• Reporting directly to the Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
• Lead enrollment strategy and develop a comprehensive SEM framework.
• Coordinate enrollment planning across Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Admissions.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinated enrollment enterprise and align enrollment planning with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate across Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Financial Services, Institutional Research, Marketing and Communications.
• Advise Provost and Executive Cabinet on enrollment strategy and priorities.
