Job summary

North Carolina A&T State University is seeking an Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management to lead the university's enrollment strategy, overseeing recruitment, financial aid, and student onboarding through degree completion.

The AVPSEM will drive data-informed planning, align enrollment initiatives with Academic Affairs, and collaborate with institutional leadership to improve access, persistence, and completion across programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, student personnel, or related field.
• Eight+ years of senior-level administrative enrollment management experience.
• Proven success in strategic enrollment planning, recruitment, and financial aid coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the university's enrollment strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, financial aid coordination, and student onboarding.
• Lead enterprise enrollment initiatives, data analytics, and CRM implementation.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs and institutional leadership on priorities.
