Job summary

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville seeks a visionary Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management to guide enrollment strategy at a growth-oriented public university. The VCEM reports to the Chancellor and leads a division of more than 90 staff across admissions, financial aid, registrar, analytics, and veteran services.

• Proven ability to design and implement data-informed enrollment strategies.
• Strong collaboration and change-management skills to unite campus leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for the Division of Enrollment Management (admissions, financial aid, registrar, analytics, veterans services).
• Lead and mentor a team of 90+ staff.
• Collaborate with the Chancellor and executive leadership to advance SIUE's enrollment momentum and diversification goals.
