Hudson Guild in New York, NY seeks a Recruitment, Enrollment & Family Services Manager to lead strategic recruitment and enrollment initiatives that expand access to ECE programs and achieve ongoing enrollment success.

You will oversee Family Services staff, develop data-informed strategies, and cultivate partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations to maximize outreach and enrollment outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent acceptable.
• Experience in recruitment, enrollment management, or family services.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with data systems for enrollment and family services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee enrollment strategies to sustain full enrollment in ECE programs.
• Lead community engagement and partnerships to drive recruitment and enrollment outcomes.
• Supervise and coach Family Services staff with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee data tracking, dashboards, and compliance with Head Start standards.
