Harlem Children’s Zone in New York is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead outreach for The Baby College, GRADS EHS, and The Three-Year-Old Journey. The role requires coordinating recruitment, enrollment, and community partnerships to strengthen program integrity and reduce attrition between outreach, enrollment, and service engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and bilingual abilities in Spanish or French, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education, social services, human services, psychology, sociology, public health, communication, or marketing.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in social services, early childhood education, and youth development, or knowledge of community organizing.
• 1+ years of outreach and program recruiting experience.
• Experience working with urban underserved communities is required.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish or French are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and recruitment of participants to engage Harlem communities with TBC and GRADS programming.
• Establish strong relationships in the community and enroll participants.
• Lead outreach staff and coordinate workshops and training.
• Plan and manage recruitment for program cycles and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with HCZ sites and external partners to support enrollment and services.
