Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education leadership, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive leadership in enrollment management or related field.
• Experience with enrollment analytics, predictive modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Experience managing enrollment technology systems, including CRM platforms; Slate preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience supervising staff and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment strategy and forecasting with institutional priorities.
• Oversee admissions, recruitment operations, and CRM architecture/automation.
• Develop scholarship and yield strategies to support enrollment goals.
• Monitor student persistence and completion metrics; drive data-informed interventions.
• Provide leadership to admissions staff and manage the enrollment operating budget.
• Collaborate with academic and student services leaders to align enrollment goals with student success.
