Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certification, Texas Mid-Management or Principal Certification, Project Management Certificate, Data Analytics Certificate; or related credential preferred.
• 5 years progressively responsible experience in district strategy, school improvement, project management, or campus leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with campus and District Service Center personnel to evaluate enrollment progress and seat availability.
• Assists with refinement of enrollment projections with transfer and program application information, utilizing the data to drive staffing allocations.
• Monitors enrollment data for improvement of student achievement, family experience, and District Service Center efficacy; provides notices of changes in leading indicators.
• Develops and implements a monitoring and visualization plan for alignment of enrollment measures with seat availability to increase equity and outcomes.
