Job summary

The University of Texas at Dallas seeks a visionary Vice President for Enrollment Strategy to lead the strategic enrollment management enterprise. This role reports to the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost and will align enrollment decisions with academic aims, research trajectory, student success goals, and long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• 10-years’ distinguished executive leadership experience in strategic enrollment management, enrollment strategy, academic administration, student success, or institutional planning within a complex public research university.
• Earned doctorate from an accredited institution preferred; executive leadership at a Carnegie R1 university is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Undergraduate Admissions and Enrollment Management, the Office of the Registrar, and Financial Aid.
• Lead a comprehensive Strategic Enrollment Management enterprise to shape the student body and advance academic excellence.
• Develop enrollment strategies across multiple populations (UG, graduate, online, international, lifelong learning).
• Align enrollment strategy with academic portfolio planning and research growth.
