Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled engineering practitioner and advisor to help clients transform product development, cost management, and digital threading initiatives. You will lead small to mid-size teams and collaborate across internal and external partners to deliver strategies at speed and scale.

You will apply advanced analytics, should-cost modelling, and operating model design to improve product cost, ROA, and business cases while expanding capabilities in digital technologies including

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering issues and transformations.
• Lead engineering transformations: org structure, new product development, and PLM systems.
• Perform value analysis and should-cost assessments.
• Develop product strategies including Product as a Service, Platform Ecosystems and Sustainable Products.
• Drive innovation management and portfolio optimization balancing VOC and cost to serve.
• Digitize engineering with Digital Thread/Twin and automation technologies.
• Spot, isolate, and solve engineering problems using analytics and should-cost models.
