Accenture is seeking a skilled consultant in California to drive engineering transformations, cost optimization, and product lifecycle initiatives for diverse clients. Travel up to 75% is required as you collaborate with global teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will leverage Digital Thread/Twin, AI/ML, and RPA while leading small teams and coaching colleagues. This role emphasizes business case development, blueprinting improvements, and thought leadership across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience).

Responsibilities

• Support engineering transformations across industries to optimize product development and lifecycle management.
• Lead small to medium teams (2-5) and coach others.
• Drive digital initiatives such as Digital Thread/Twin, RPA and ML/AI.
• Assist in shaping value engineering and should-cost analyses.
• Help develop business cases and blueprint improvement strategies.
• Support client sales origination and thought leadership.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to executives.
