Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead to drive engineering transformation and PLM-enabled process modernization for clients across industries. You will own functional solution definitions, guide teams through requirements and process design, and ensure PLM outcomes align with engineering, business, and regulatory objectives.

You will lead workshops, manage client stakeholders, and mentor consulting teams while coordinating multi-disciplinary efforts to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• Experience facilitating requirement gathering workshops and process design sessions.
• Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
• Experience with engineering systems and PLM platforms such as Aras, Dassault, SAP PLM, Oracle PLM, PTC, Siemens.

Responsibilities

• Lead current state and future state analysis of engineering and product development processes.
• Define end to end functional solution designs that leverage PLM capabilities.
• Own functional requirements, process models, and user stories across PLM workstreams.
• Guide development of Digital Thread / PLM strategies and roadmaps.
• Act as the functional lead for PLM and engineering transformation initiatives.
