Accenture is hiring an engineering consultant to drive transformations across product development, R&D spend, and lifecycle management for diverse industries. You will apply digital thread/twin concepts, advanced analytics, and should-cost modelling to optimize engineering functions and product portfolios.

You will lead small teams, coach colleagues, and support client sales origination while delivering practical, scalable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering transformations and optimize product development processes.
• Perform value analysis, value engineering and should-cost assessments.
• Develop product strategies including Product as a Service and Platform Ecosystems.
• Digitize engineering function using Digital Thread/Twin, RPA, ML/AI, Blockchain.
