Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an engineering practitioner and advisor to help clients transform product development, R&D spending, and product lifecycle management. You will apply analytics, cost modeling, and operating model design to deliver rapid value across industries.

The role includes leading small teams (2–5), coaching colleagues, and collaborating with clients and partners to drive innovation and growth. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
• 1 year of experience in internal or external consulting role at comparable level.
• 1 year of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across industries to address engineering issues and transformations.
• Lead small to medium teams (2–5) and coach colleagues.
• Support client sales origination and thought leadership development.
• Challenge legacy ways of working to fuel client growth.
• Drive a positive impact in the communities where we work.
