Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Resource Manager, supporting the Test Operations and Sustainment contract at Arnold Engineering Development Complex at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. The Engineering Resource Managers will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for supporting the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, operations management, psychology, or a related discipline.
• Eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, technical, operations, workforce planning, talent selection, or project support.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal government contract compliance requirements and the necessity to access secure federal databases and networks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance and AEDC access.

Responsibilities

• Develop initiatives and processes to manage engineering and technical resources to meet AEDC project and customer commitments.
• Work with Branch Managers to understand changes in resources and workload and identify personnel to meet the need.
• Support candidate selection, interviews and recommendations for hire in the hiring process.
• Screen applicants to assess technical aptitude, fit, and skills for identified positions.
• Interface with HR on all aspects of hiring from labor request submission to onboarding.
• Support onboarding of new hires as part of Engineering Career Development Program.
