Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an Engagement Analyst to work with the People, Workforce, & Rewards team, streamlining processes and delivering practical solutions. The role involves research, information organization, and ensuring engagements run efficiently to meet client needs and initiatives.

You will coordinate action plans, craft communications, analyze metrics, and support strategic projects while collaborating with partners and teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in senior admin support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences and manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Experience with pension funds and calculations is a plus but not required.
• Proactive self-starter able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports tactical action plans for engagement teams and adapts to changing client needs.
• Develops and implements communication strategies to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Analyzes engagement data and metrics to support progress and objectives.
• Drives strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by leadership.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams and firm resources to support goals.
• Partners with learning and development to align tools, processes, and training.
• Tracks and reports engagement performance and operating metrics.
