Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an Engagement Analyst in Detroit to support PWR engagement teams by coordinating action plans and improving processes. The role emphasizes communication, data analysis, and collaboration with leadership and clients.

You will drive projects, align tools and training with engagement needs, and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining high-quality client service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in senior-level administrative support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in a client context.
• Pension funds experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supports tactical action plans for PWR engagement teams and adapts to changing needs.
• Develops and implements communication strategies to facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Analyzes engagement data and metrics to support project progress and objectives.
• Drives strategic initiatives and special projects from leadership, applying engagement best practices.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and firm resources to support engagement goals and client needs.
