Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking a Regional Strategic Engagement Specialist to manage administrative and programmatic support for the Commander’s regional functions. You will coordinate visits for Congressional, civilian leadership at the secretary level, military officers, and foreign counterparts, while ensuring seamless execution of executive engagements in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DV visit coordination and protocol duties.
• Experience preparing DV visit schedules and setting up VTC systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Secret clearance required.
• Associate's degree.

Responsabilités

• Oversee administrative and programmatic regional functions for the Commander.
• Coordinate and execute visits by Congressional Representatives, Defense and Service Department Secretary level civilian leadership, military Flag and General Officers, and foreign military and civilian leadership.
• Support executive functions and regional administration.
• Liaise with Congressional Representatives and senior defense leadership.
