Job summary

Vizient seeks an Engagement Operations leader to drive operational and financial leadership for engagement operations across the Spend Management Business Unit, supporting GPO, Supply Chain Services, and Category Managed Services. You will establish a scalable operating model for project administration, financial reporting, risk management, value reporting and business controls across ERP and PSA systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years of progressive experience in professional services or operations.
Experience leading teams and coordinating work across multiple units.
Experience with PSA, ERP, CRM or similar systems.
Understanding AI concepts, risks, and opportunities to improve operations.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership and establish scalable support across Spend Management units.
Oversee project setup, maintenance, reporting, and closure across ERP and PSA systems.
Track and report project financials, KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
Manage training, resources, and coverage for engagement operations teams.
Advise leaders by translating insights into recommendations and improvements.
Lead development of the Engagement Operations team and standard work.
