Job summary

Vizient in Irving, Texas seeks an Engagement Operations professional to support Spend Management initiatives across GPO, Supply Chain Services, and Category Managed Services. You will set up and maintain project data in ERP/PSA systems, perform data quality checks, and assist in reporting to ensure timely financial insights and compliance with processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in professional services or project operations required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve errors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP, PSA, CRM, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project, engagement, team, milestone, planned end-date, and related information across ERP and PSA systems.
• Perform data reviews, audits, and accuracy checks. Support preparation of recurring operational and financial reports.
• Review project financial information, expense reports, contract requirements, and supporting documentation for revenue reporting and profitability tracking.
• Investigate discrepancies, incomplete information, and process gaps; coordinate routine corrections.
• Keep templates, process documentation, methodologies, trackers, and related resources current and accessible.
• Prepare meeting materials, status updates, and supporting documents; contribute to process improvements.
