Job summary

Vizient seeks an Engagement Operations leader to provide operational and financial oversight for the Spend Management Business Unit. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to establish a scalable operating model, drive performance reporting, and implement strong business controls across ERP and PSA systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in professional services/operations roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple units.
• Experience with PSA, ERP, CRM, or similar systems.
• Understanding of AI concepts, risks, and opportunities for governance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Spend Management across multiple services units.
• Oversee project setup, maintenance, reporting, and lifecycle activities in ERP/PSA systems.
• Track and report project financials, KPIs, revenue, profitability and risks.
• Manage training, resource allocation, and risk reporting for Engagement Operations teams.
• Advise senior leaders with data-driven recommendations and improvements.
• Lead and develop the Engagement Operations team with structured processes and onboarding.
• Guide organizational change and adoption of new ways of working.
