Job summary

Vizient, Inc in Irving, TX is seeking an Engagement Operations leader to provide operational and financial leadership for the Spend Management unit, supporting GPO, Supply Chain Services, and Category Managed Services. You will establish a scalable operating model for project administration, performance reporting, risk management, and business controls across ERP and PSA systems.

You will partner with senior leaders, financial teams and delivery teams to translate insights into recommendations,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in professional services operations or related fields.
Experience leading teams and coordinating work across multiple business units or operational stakeholders.
Experience with PSA, ERP, CRM systems.
Demonstrate understanding of AI concepts, risks, and opportunities, and apply that knowledge to improve operational efficiency.
Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Provide operational leadership across Spend Management and multiple services.
Oversee project setup, maintenance, reporting, milestones, and closure activities across ERP/PSA systems.
Track and report project financials, KPIs, revenue, profitability, and forecasts with leaders.
Manage training, resource allocation, and operational support for engagement teams.
Advise senior leaders by translating insights into recommendations and improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop the Engagement Operations team with structured guidance.
