Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a senior Engagement Operations leader to drive operational and financial performance for engagement programs across Spend Management. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into actions, oversee project lifecycle, and establish scalable operating models for ERP and PSA systems.

You will coach the Engagement Operations team, build standard work, trainings, and documentation, and ensure strong governance, risk management, and cost controls across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in professional services/operations.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across multiple units.
• Experience with PSA/ERP/CRM systems.
• Understanding of AI concepts, risks, and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for Spend Management across GPO, Supply Chain Services, and Category Managed Services.
• Oversee project setup, maintenance, administration, reporting, and closure across ERP and PSA systems.
• Track and report project financials, KPIs, revenue, profitability, and risk.
• Manage training, resource allocation, and onboarding for Engagement Operations teams.
• Advise leaders by translating insights into recommendations and improvements.
• Lead and develop the Engagement Operations team with structure and standard work.
• Provide guidance and development support to improve performance and growth.
• Communicate direction and manage change across teams and processes.
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals; hold teams accountable.
• Evaluate AI tool usage, identify risks, and support responsible adoption.
