Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience in professional services, project operations, accounting, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve errors or inconsistencies.
• Experience with ERP, PSA, CRM, or other financial and operational management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform project setup, data-quality reviews, and reporting support across ERP and PSA systems.
• Review project financial information, expense reports, and contract requirements to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
• Perform data reviews, audits, and accuracy checks; support recurring operational and financial reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate routine corrections; escalate issues as needed.
• Keep templates and documentation current; support continuous improvement and training.
• Prepare meeting materials and status updates for stakeholder communications.
