Job summary

Medra is seeking a Customer Success Lead to own end-to-end relationships with strategic clients in the San Francisco area. You will deploy our Physical AI platform, translate scientific goals into deployment milestones, and drive adoption with executive sponsors.

You will embed with customer teams, map workflows, and build scalable playbooks while shaping the product roadmap through feedback. This is a high-ownership, early-stage startup role with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical background in biosciences and engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years customer-facing in management/strategy or BD roles in biopharma/biotech.
• 3+ years in a biological research lab with fluency in wet-lab workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from pre-sale through post-sale, deployment, & expansion.
• Embed with customer teams to assess pain points and critical requirements.
• Translate business objectives into a deployment roadmap with milestones and success criteria.
• Forecast roadblocks by mapping day-to-day engineering work to overall goals.
• Operate with extreme ownership and set the pace for timely shipping.
• Design, track, and optimize customer success metrics to build the business case.
• Develop scalable playbooks for customer engagement and feedback into product development.
