• 6+ years in consulting, delivery leadership, or technical program management.
• Fluent in financial services, model risk, compliance, and how decisions get approved.
• Ability to credibly challenge architecture proposals.
• Comfort conveying difficult messages to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and define the done for each engagement.
• Run discovery and scoping, including honest recommendations to not proceed.
• Coordinate delivery squads without becoming a message-passing layer.
• Navigate model risk, compliance, and procurement on the client side.
• Grow accounts by securing the next engagement.
