Job summary

Accenture seeks a Technology Strategy Manager / Senior Manager to lead advisory engagements for Financial Services, shaping technology strategy, operating models, and AI-driven insights. You will collaborate with senior executives to drive growth, disruption, and value realization across client programs.

As a manager/senior manager, you will mentor teams, advance thought leadership, support business development, and navigate complex client environments in the US, including travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of strategy consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years in operating model strategy, M&A, tech value and cost take-out, or tech-driven revenue growth.
• Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small teams, including workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, project, and program deliverables while mentoring teams.
• Build relationships with senior clients, including C-suite, as a trusted advisor.
• Drive thought leadership, asset development, and strategic ideas for new opportunities.
• Support business development, proposals, and SOW framing.
• Facilitate consensus with senior client stakeholders; travel as needed.
