Job summary

LiveRamp seeks an Engagement Manager to partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants in delivering the LiveRamp Global Services portfolio. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives.

You will work in a hybrid model, traveling occasionally, with locations including San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, or Little Rock.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants to deliver LiveRamp Global Services projects.
• Develop project and resource plans with client and LGS leads; ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
• Independently scope LGS engagements and validate scope with SMEs as needed.
• Align LiveRamp's technical roadmap with the client's data strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Lead client meetings with a consultative approach; manage client relationships through project lifecycle.
• Provide escalation paths to Engagement Management Lead/Director for concerns.
• Identify challenges and propose practical recommendations to maximize customer value.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of LiveRamp products and services.
