Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Manager, Data Analytics to lead a team of 4-6 analysts delivering reporting and analytics for LiveRamp customers, powered by LiveRamp's Clean Room. This player-coach role combines growth, quality, and hands-on work on complex engagements with customer data.

You will partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, and act as the senior analytics voice in front of customer stakeholders. This hybrid role requires 2 days in-office in SF/NYC/Seattle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including 2+ years leading analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Deep expertise in advertising measurement and attribution; AdTech experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel; able to review methodologies.
• Strong track record of creating data-driven dashboards with Metabase/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of data analysts and senior data analysts.
• Own delivery across the team's portfolio with prioritized engagements and high-quality outputs.
• Stay hands-on; lead analyses on complex engagements and review methodologies.
• Build analytics systems, templates, and reusable libraries for scale.
• Establish standards for rigor, peer review, documentation, and reproducibility.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for customer stakeholders; shape requirements and present findings.
• Translate customer insights into product direction with Product and Engineering.
• Drive adoption of AI across workflows.
