Job summary

You will provide day-to-day leadership, manage client relationships and the commercial process, and guide teams to deliver on-time results while developing new opportunities and intellectual capital.

The role requires 5–8 years of strategy consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of strategy consulting experience
• Experience within Retail, Consumer Goods Telecommunications, Software/Technology, Media industries preferred
• Track record of leading and managing teams and delivering results
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including internationally

Responsibilities

• Providing day to day leadership of client projects and client relationships, collaborating with Partners and sharing responsibility for engagement success
• Leading and managing complex programs to ensure on-time delivery
• Guiding and influencing clients across execution of the commercial process
• Engaging in building business by identifying new opportunities
• Creating intellectual capital through thought leadership
• Developing others and building a following within the firm
• Overseeing consulting team as they develop hypotheses and deliverables
• Supporting Partners with project management and coaching of junior team members
