The position collaborates with high-level alumni volunteers across multiple classes to plan events, coordinate communications, and manage budgets with attention to donor relations and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse assignments and meet complex goals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with campus partners and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute major 50th Reunion events, campus and regional programs.
• Lead and coordinate alumni volunteers for engagement and outreach.
• Assist with 50th Reunion fundraising and reporting to support gift conversations.
• Develop class communications calendars and digital materials for the team.
• Manage data reporting and dashboards in Slate; coordinate online services for classes.
