Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field (per the ad).
• 10–15+ years in client engagement, consulting, program management, or delivery leadership.
• Experience with global biopharmaceutical, agencies, or healthcare clients.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation and operating model design.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional onshore/offshore teams and multi-vendor environments.
• Experience with project mgmt tools/frameworks such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onshore single point of contact for the client and governance.
• Define service delivery strategy and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams to align with requirements and budgets.
• Drive delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee governance, compliance, data security and policies.
• Manage performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
