Job summary

Indegene's Integrated Consulting team seeks an experienced Manager to own end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, lead a project team, and develop junior talent within their projects.

You will act as primary client advisor, shape engagement delivery, define milestones and ensure profitability, while expanding the account network and aligning cross-functional teams across strategy, transformation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in management consulting or life sciences strategy roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field.
• Strong ability to lead workstreams and manage client relationships.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements and major workstreams.
• Manage a project team and develop junior talent.
• Define delivery approach, milestones, and quality standards.
• Shape commercial structure including scoping and margins.
• Build trusted client relationships and expand the account network.
• Ensure profitability through budgeting and staffing.
