Job summary

Indegene is seeking a Consultant to own workstreams and transform data, insights, and stakeholder inputs into actionable recommendations for clients in New York. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact engagements and meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams end-to-end, building strategic roadmaps, mentoring Associates, and supporting proposals and business development in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of consulting, strategy, transformation, or related experience.
• Proven experience independently managing workstreams and client deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting workstreams from planning through execution.
• Develop business frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate data and stakeholder insights into practical solutions.
• Own client deliverables and executive-level presentations.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Mentor and coach Associate Consultants.
• Support proposal development, pricing exercises, and business development initiatives.
