Job summary

Acumatica Vertrax is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge customers, product teams, and developers. You will analyze business scenarios, draft requirements, and help shape features across sales, purchasing, warehousing, and inventory workflows.

Responsibilities include defining acceptance criteria, mapping data flows, and supporting testing, UAT, and deployment readiness. The role requires English communication, 3+ years in analysis, and ET-aligned work hours.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Minimum 3+ years in business or system analysis or ERP functional consulting.
• Experience across distribution domains: Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios and product requirements through discovery with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Design features, write functional specs and future-state workflows, and create acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate implementation details with developers and QA, and decompose changes into user stories.
