Acumatica ERP Business Analyst & Scrum Master

Location: 100% Remote (Preference for Eastern and Central Time Zones)

Are you ready to lead a critical ERP transformation across dozens of remote manufacturing and distribution facilities? Our client is entering phase two of their Acumatica ERP rollout and is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Scrum Master to drive implementation, streamline processes, and ensure a smooth enterprise-wide transition. This is a high-impact role where your ERP expertise, agile leadership, and data-driven approach will make an immediate difference.

Daily Responsibilities

• Leading data mapping efforts between legacy systems and Acumatica across multiple facilities
• Managing end-to-end data migration, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• Documenting current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and system configurations
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather ERP requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinating implementation timelines and deliverables across fully remote teams
• Supporting ERP configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure alignment with operational needs
• Monitoring project risks, dependencies, and change impacts, ensuring timely resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on Acumatica experience or 4+ years working with another ERP platform
• Proven experience serving as both a Business Analyst and Scrum Master on ERP or technology initiatives
• Strong background in data mapping, data migration, and process documentation
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment aligned with Eastern and Central Time Zones
• Experience coordinating work across multiple remote or distributed sites
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
