Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead a major ERP transformation, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and partners to map current and future processes. Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex ERP transformation programs.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume product environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes including inventory, purchasing, warehousing, order management and fulfilment.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
• Outstanding workshop facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset balancing quality with pace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges, strategic priorities and future requirements.
• Run workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions to capture current and future state processes.
• Analyze complex business processes across retail, wholesale, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory, and finance.
• Translate business requirements into clear, prioritized user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Commercial Business Experts, Directors of Operations, Business Leadership, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Developers and partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support testing, business readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful business adoption.
• Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies and impacts across workstreams; escalate where appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement and champion best practice business analysis.
