American Electric Power is seeking an entry-level BSAM Associate to manage a portfolio of 300-600 commercial and industrial customers. You will serve as the single point of contact for Energy Delivery, providing guidance on energy products and services and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include proactive relationship development, interfacing during power events, and routine documentation in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering or Industrial Technology with at least 2 years of customer service in a technical environment.
• Associate Degree with at least 4 years of customer service in a technical environment.
• High school diploma with minimum 6 years of customer service in a technical environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary field point of contact for assigned customers 24/7/365.
• Develop relationships with contacts of assigned customers and key managers/executives.
• Provide Energy Solution consultation to lower costs or address customer needs.
• Document key customer activities in ADAM and MACSS.
