Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking Buyers at all levels (Buyer I, Buyer II, Senior Buyer) to join their supply chain team in Avon, MN. This role involves critical procurement responsibilities including sourcing and negotiating materials for energy infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with procurement lifecycle and supplier management.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities for key project materials.
• Create and manage purchase orders ensuring accuracy.
• Build and manage supplier relationships for project needs.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Act as liaison between project teams and suppliers.
• Identify procurement risks and drive resolution.
• Use ERP systems for procurement activities.
• Resolve procurement and delivery issues with stakeholders.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
